BNSF leader on CN at Newtonville. Not like a BNSF C44-9W is rare, even on the Kingston Sub of late, but was nice to bag one leading in sun at the signature Newtonville location. A legion of foamtards tracking the every move of these visitors, combined with the liberal use of SMS, makes these catches easier than how we did it the old days by an order of magnitude. Ex C&NW C40-8 trailing as well:

Pair of CN SD75I's, a favorite of mine, eastbound by the frozen remnants of last years corn crop:

Lenny, great shot. I believe that CEFX switcher in your photo, in former RF&P paint I might add, was recently purchased from the Patapsco and Back River RR (recently renamed the Baltimore Industrial RR: they switched the former Bethlehem Steel plant and a few other industries here in Baltimore). Funny how these things get around.

About two hours ago, a BC Rail unit rolled by my office window, bracketed by "normal" NS power.  I've seen alot of UP, CP, CN and BNSF engines here lately, but this is the first time I've seen a BCR unit.

Also, the NS office car special went by yesterday with 3 F units.  This is what I call a good week.

Sadly, these moments are the highlights of my day job...
