Norfolk Southern paints NMRA commemorative loco

NS has painted an SD40-2 and added a decal with the NMRA logo for the Cleveland convention this summer. A former Southern unit, NS #3215 was repainted after being rebuilt with an "Admiral Cab" and a low short hood. A picture is posted on the Cleveland Convention site http://www.2014cleveland.org/
