I hope I do not offend against forum's rules!
Early October I ordered casting resin and foam. When I did not receive the goods beginning of November I contacted Joel. He checked and USPS found out that the parcel was still somewhere in a US customs warehouse. Without hesitation he sent replacement (postage 77,79$). No "why and how come?" or " wait" and all the usual tricks. I hope he will get back the first parcel and the postage. Beside this outstanding generous customer sevice he packed some free goodies in the parcel!!!
Christmas on 4th of December?
