Quite a while back someone had a topic on Pet Peeves. It may have been all the way back to the Atlas Forum...
One of my peeves was beautifully detailed models, with user-added parts, that wouldn't go back into their boxes. I received one of the Trainworx TTX brown flatcars today, and the packaging has been redesigned. Instead of one piece of plastic in the bottom of the box, and one on top of the car under the lid, it now has the two pieces split vertically, one below the wheels, and one on the deck, so both pieces and the car come out together. Even better, the car fits back IN with the raised hitches installed, so nothing gets broken, and I don't have to cut the packing.
