Lower Quadrant signals : not found.

Well, friends
Given that SP searchlight signals and relay boxes are defined 
now.... what about "Lower Quadrant" signals in N scale?
I've found nothing in the market and a sample of the NJ "upper Quadrant" results not modifiable to obtain what I need.
Also have check the Dapol product line, but simply seems to me not realistic.
Suggestions? Have nobody found a solution?

This one is by Tomar, in HO. They do not offer an N version.

I'm also looking for lower-quadrant semaphores in the Harriman (SP & UP) spec, have not found anything in N either. I am momentarily resigned that it will be necessary to create artwork for etching my own.
