I'm still waiting for a price onthe original kit and a link to order it from. I don't see it at Stonebrook. The only thing I would like to see is the upper floor could be sold seperately to be able to add multiple floors. Not only is this style building good for schools, But as a multi story office building. I think 8 - 10 stories would be so cool.
And don't let the brick only people get you down. Buildings are made of a lot of things besides brick
