Is the gist of the Google message that The Railwire is compromised because of Ian's sight or that just his sight is infected?

Just his site. But because images from his site are embedded in the page, Chrome refuses to display it.

So circumnavigating Ian's website is just like the highway underpass he built on his layout... you never know what's around the next corner that just may jump up and bite you.   :D

Clearly grounds for a ban.

Interesting. I wonder what Google's problem is? I just checked three malware blacklists for both the domain name and the IP, and all of them were clear.

I'm sensitive to this (and similar) issues because my server was recently blacklisted by a U.S. ISP. It turns out the "blacklisting service" they were using was a rogue with a longstanding reputation for false positives, with no protest channel. This whole thing is degrading into multiple layers of bad guys.

Interesting. I wonder what Google's problem is?

This is what Google has to say about the situation:

What is the current listing status for amoskeagnorthern.com?
Site is listed as suspicious - visiting this web site may harm your computer.

Part of this site was listed for suspicious activity 6 time(s) over the past 90 days.

What happened when Google visited this site?
Of the 11 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 10 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-10-14, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-10-14.
Malicious software is hosted on 1 domain(s), including payrollpixelperfect.net/.

This site was hosted on 1 network(s) including AS8560 (SCHLUND).

Has this site acted as an intermediary resulting in further distribution of malware?
Over the past 90 days, amoskeagnorthern.com did not appear to function as an intermediary for the infection of any sites.

Has this site hosted malware?
No, this site has not hosted malicious software over the past 90 days.

How did this happen?
In some cases, third parties can add malicious code to legitimate sites, which would cause us to show the warning message.

Thanks. So, bottom line, the site was hacked. Joyous.

It should be fixed now, but it will take a few days to get it off the blacklist.

A malware site accessed my 1and1 FTP account and changed all of my .htaccess files across all of my domains so that links were redirecting to http://payrollpixelperfect.net/Softgoods?8.  I'm not too happy with 1and1 as their scanners did not pick it up for a week. So about the time I found out about it yesterday, and spent 16hrs looking for the injected code and fixing it, it had been blacklisted by the end of the day.

So the site is SAFE to use now.

I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1
