What's this pt.2?

Okay, so based on my other post, I was wondering if anyone could identify the box cars in the photo.

The class is BX189 which makes it a 50'-6" plate C.

Does anyone know the builder or if one has been made in N scale?

edit:  I got FMC 5151, is that right?

BX-189, might be built in 1978 by FMC for ATSF (152100-152299).

The MTL model might be close....

The 27000 (027 00 000) series?

Is that one of those vertically compressed cars I keep hearing about or is it okay?

I agree that it looks like an FMC 5151 from the pictures.  The MT 027 00 000 is based on (or closer to) an ACF plug door:

which looks very different to my eye. The FMC car is much 'boxier' with a flatter roof line and straighter side sill.  I'm not aware of a model that's any closer than MTs though.

The MT car is purported to be from FMC lineage if memory serves.   ;)
