This engine, which I just happened to visit on display in Wishram, WA, was really GN 2507.
It was "borrowed" by the SP&S to donate when they realized they had no available steam
locomotives, repainted as an SP&S engine.
Does anybody have a photo of this engine when it was painted as SP&S?
Does anybody know if it ever actually ran under its own steam that way, maybe while it
was being delivered for display?
