Atlas 89' TOFC Flats

I somehow missed the news from last year that Atlas is doing the 89' TOFC flats in N-scale.  But so far no announcement.

Anyone hear anything about these or what variants they plan to do?

This would put the kabosh on any upgrading of MTL flats in my collection.

Completely forgot about those.
Were these the ones that they already have in HO? (TOFC/COFCs)

I think so....    Not sure why I completely forgot about this.

I think test shots were actually shown at the National Train Show last summer.

I suspect (hope) that Atlas is working through new ways of keeping the buying public informed of their new products.

No current formal announcement with part numbers or prices as of now so you have awhile.

It's still in development.  The garbage flats jumped ahead of it on the schedule.  There should be some progress announcement in the next few months.
