Still waiting on the black SHPX 3 domers ...

Ok, I submitted it for regular release and for a runner pack.  Hopefully you should see this three dome in a few months.

See...that was easy ;D

I could really care less about the HW's this month. I'll be in for a couple of Bulkhead flats.

Ok...scheduled as a Runner Pack.  I'll let you know when they will be announced shortly.  Generally the runner packs are considered "re-prints" and we would have had to have them released as a single car before going the multi release route.  That was the hold up.  But, we are changing some of the restrictions on these packs so we can do this car.

Then let's see the same thing with the red 36' Swift reefer.  I supplied mucho specs for that car over two years ago.  Every MTL car produced from documentation I've supplied has been reprinted at least once, so my track record is pretty good.  8)

I repeat: I just came from the LHS and asked the owner to reserve the two Pullman coaches for me that he will receive in his standing ordered.

The Micro-Trains Line rolling stock has brought me a tremendous amount of enjoyment during the 37 or so years that I have been purchasing them.  I would not have stayed in n-scale is it had not been for the consistent high quality of their products.

These heavyweight passenger cars seem to have brought out more critics than usual.
Personally I am delighted with each of the body styles that has been released to date.
I am very pleased that Joe has posted on this forum to share some inside views of MTL and to opening ask for input and suggestions.

Nothing in N for me, but the two Z CSX SD40-2 sure look cool.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

I'm thinking this would do better as a single release. I really don't recall seeing strings of these in service.

On the other hand, maybe the profile MTL customer will go for the 3-pak (I really don't know what the "typical" N scalers go for).

Thanks for listening!

They'll probably go for it because it is a new release as opposed to a re-run.  Plus, as someone mentioned up-thread, retailers can break the packs up and sell the cars individually since each car is in the standard jewel box inside the red runner-pack box.
