Some good stuff in here, including another release of the early Railbox cars and some new baggage cars.

Pud... how accurate is that baggage car for CN?

Mr. Wallet is shaking on those Railbox and Conrail Quads. I really need to go inventory what I have to see if I need to shell out for these,

It would be nice to see how long these are... 70'...78'.. 81'.....? maybe I'm missing something.
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

Pud, I'm thinking foob, but I'm no expert. Rapido has their baggage car in HO in the green scheme carrying one number in the range that CCS is offering - 9193. CCS has CN road numbers 9184 and 9197... which may mean nothing if these were second had cars. Rapido's HO car is a 73' car. This artwork for the CCS car looks like a rather long car, IMO.

There is a shot in the CNR Freight and Passenger Color Guide on page 14, top photo, of CN 9197 in 4/69. Car is a NCS graduate of 1953, 79'-6" long, and clearly equipped with heavyweight trucks (6 axles total). Unless CN re-trucked them with 4 wheel trucks at some point, it's a foob. There are other number series that might be more correct, but not the CN9173-9202 series they are doing.

I bet Mr. Shron will be doing the baggage in N at some point, so patience is likely in order.

The CN did re-truck some cars but I can't find a prototype.........yet....heaven knows CN's fleet was eclectic..............

Well, one of the Rapido HO cars is in the same number series and is four axle. I can't believe Jason would have done that car that way without supporting evidence. Foob or not, I'll grab one... the CCS cars are pretty nice.

The announced baggage car model looks like an 80-footer, doesn't it?
