Who's modules were those? I agree, that's top shelf work there.

Every so often he'll come into the store with a new piece, like the clothes racks in the Woolworth store that have individual pieces of construction paper cut for the shirts hanging on the racks. And the shoes in the window display that were cut from Preiser figures. The modeling is beyond incredible.
Thanks for Roman's name, Mike.I drooled over his modules for a long time. Just incredible. Here's a zoom-in of a couple of the stores...Just INSANE detailing. The photo doesn't do his work justice. The lights are really natural in person, but the camera exaggerates them. Some really great modeling coming out of the windy city area.I also went all "fan-boy" on Bill Denton. Real nice guy. I ran up to him on Saturday as he and his wife were strolling around the N-Trak layout. His (I'll screw it up, but I think) SDL39? was just amazing. wire grabs, soldered handrails, beautiful weathering. He also had a passenger train in the favorite train contest that was really striking. Thanks for clueing us in to who made this masterpiece, -PhilQuote from: Skibbe on July 08, 2008, 11:05:17 AMQuote from: Ed Kapuscinski on July 08, 2008, 10:18:47 AMWho's modules were those?
