It looks like the one Dan Crowley used on his Yellowhead Route layout.  I think it's either a resin or plaster cast meant for a Christmas display (note the snow on the roof).

Dan cleaned his up pretty nicely and landscaped it in to disguise the base.

Rodger,the church was a Hallmark Card Christmas tree ornament for 2006.I made the addition on the rear with Walthers Modular pieces-n-parts.I still mneed to redo the roof and probly will someday.I may live in cold country but, the snow still melts here in the summer. ;D

I have one more that is not altered in anyway and will let it go for a fair price if some one is interested.
