I hope the N scale models are easier to assemble - and more accurate - than they're HO offerings.

One of the main reasons I model the mid '50s is because of the lack of uniformity in your typical consist.  I too would most likely buy anything F & C offered.  I like building, painting and detailing rolling stock anyway.  I have built many Fine N Scale kits.  I think resin kits would definitely fill a niche in the N scale market that isn’t being addressed by injection molded kits.

Amen, my brother!  My modeling era is 1960 - bring on those F&C kits.  Thank goodness my LHS can still order IM 40' boxcar kits for me.

I think the coolest thing of the show, other than the Lenz block display were the Miniatronics N-O scale light bars for cruisers, fire trucks and wreckers/highway departments.

I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1

The lightbars were way too big for N scale.

The lightbars were way too big for N scale.

The display only had the larger ones on them. They had a blue and red bar on an N scale car.  If you want to go with semantics they are too big for HO and O too. However you can always use the scale light bars and feed optics to them from these to light them up realistically.

A scale Liberty bar in HO or N would be non functional with the LEDs inside the bar.

I just want a Wheelen Ultra LC series. We used those before the pancake Code 3 TX 2500 came out. I like the Code 3 product better, but they obviously wern't around in 1998. We call our patrol super's care Space-Ship-1 because it features a lightbar on the rear window, a Code 3 TX2500, a headliner bar, strobes on the side-views and light clusters on the grill. Because of the Expedition's curved roofline, the Code 3 pancake was mounted on 6" feet and looks like a saucer had landed on the vehicle.

Do you have a link to the smaler sized bars?
