Can you imagine today that one Class I sponsors a steam excursion and another Class I puts a couple of its locomotives on display at the destination for fans riding the excursion? Well, Canadian National did that at Portland, ME, in 1956, for riders of the last steam passenger train into Portland on the B&M.
