Definitely not but perhaps Atlas redid them without the Rapido box, to move the coupler closer in to the body. I like how they look.

Yeah I love these cars. When Atlas did them in O scale I was asking for them in N, only took a couple years.

Well, my package from Chulvis showed up today and they're definitely truck mounted, but they have taken Tom's slogan "Ride Height Matters" seriously, the tops of the wheels and sideframes are hidden under the side sills.

We're really getting some fine steam era boxcars in N scale! Been long enough, though...

Lee, most of the PRR's would have been gone by the 1970's as they were rebuilt in the late 30's from USRA single sheathed cars. But, look at Mark (NandW)'s post above, that VTR car would fit right in.
