Doubledecker DMU's for Florida!!

Tom Stolte spotted and photographed a couple of wild looking double deck Diesel MU's in Kansas City with a logo of the Florida DOT on them. Guess they're headed for Miami, but could be Orlando...

Anyone know??

Since it says "DMU Demonstration Project" on the side, perhaps Florida is just trying them out. I thought DMU was a British term. Frank

I guess the State of Vermont is looking at the DMU's to replace the equipment on the Vermonter trains. They announced their intentions to test last week.
