Back in '15 I started a conversion to Loksound select in another one, which got stalled for some reason I don't remember. Probably the volume available from the speaker and the lack of a location for it. At this point, I will probably just revert to straight DCC with it and put in a Losound Nano. With the new motor, I believe surplus from Bman from their ten-wheeler, which is about 8mm x 20mm or so, it wasn't too bad a conversion. Except for the lack of room for a speaker anywhere. Sacrificing weight in the cab and thereby traction isn't worth the tradeoff to me. But it was fun!

 Badlandnp, I believe I’ve seen some vids of this loco on YouTube. Great work on it and your layout. Thanks for sharing.
