Ngineering used to sell only black I bought some there years ago.  This stuff shrinks to 0.02" ID.

For a work project I stumbled across this place.  at $4.00 per 10 foot section, and every DCC color available, you would have a lifetime supply for color coded decoder installs.

Or just buy the black or clear.

Other sizes are available too:

Thanks, just ordered some.  Notice they are on Amazon also but way cheaper to order it direct as the freight isn't expensive,

I've dealt with them before,  far better than supporting Amazon!!

If you need a "local" source and you have one nearby, Micro Center had a surprisingly large supply of the stuff in different sizes and colors. I was pleasantly surprised.

That place is a treasure.

While the tubing John mentioned is good for most applications, for some even smaller and thin-wall HS tubing see https://componentsupplycompany.com/product-pages/ptfe-shrink-tubing-2-1-lw.php , but it is also quite pricey.

Hey, I'm colorblind, so I just need "gray."  :D

It's sometimes not about colors, but about the size.  :D

TBH, I never had a full range of colors in HS tubing in my workshop.   The wire insulation is already colored - I usually use black or clear.  But whatever floats you shrinking boat . . .   ;)
