Received an email today ..

 Letter from the NRail President

Hi Folks:

In my Letter last month, I talked about Phil Augur resigning from the NRail Board of Directors for health reasons. I am saddened to have to tell you that Phil passed away on March 1 due to heart failure. Our condolences go to Phil’s wife and family.

Lee Calkins was nominated to the Board replacing Phil and was ratified by the Board at our March 7 meeting.

Phil was very active in the Digitrax Groups IO email list.  Though he hadn't posted in a while.  His lost will be felt.  My sympathies to his family and friends.

I'm proud to say that Phil was one of my closest friends. He was the heart and driving force of our club. I want to say so much more but it will need to wait. I miss him...
