Gonna be that guy... It's Lunar New Year for a host of Asian cultures, not just the Chinese.
That said, it really does work similarly to the Western Christmas/New Years period. It's always factored in.

It has no real effect on our production except getting chassis for our engines or special projects like the light boards for our window cars.
