Google destroyed Picasa when they came out with the Pixel phone. I can give a link (need to create that link) to one of my albums, but I cannot give you a link to all of my albums. Here is a link to this album: https://photos.app.goo.gl/3JsJkBthb7BQJ8wMA

It is Google. There is a link in each album that generates a link to it. There is no link on the page with all my albums. So yeah a photo sharing site that makes it difficult to share.
