That is a brass Z Scale set of E7's, the seller has no clue what they are looking at...big shocker.   :facepalm:

According to the end of the box (one of the later images) it IS from American Z Line but, yeah, the price is a joke...

Eh, Vegas is a lot cheaper than other places...but can't say I've ever met this guy in any of my local dealings
