I picked up a couple at RPM St Louis last weekend. Haven’t had time to install them in anything yet but I think they look very promising.

Yes, they work fairly well. Installed one in a brass Yellowstone. They are quite slim and can fit in just about anywhere.

If you look at the schematic downloadable on the ISE web page, you'll see that this is basically two 470uf caps in parallel, for a total of 940uf.  That's not enough to keep a motor running across dirty track, but certainly enough to avoid sound dropouts.  It's about twice as much as I usually use in a hood diesel (I usually put in two 220uf caps, for 440uf total).

This is a nice package.  While the $19 price is higher than what you can buy bare caps for, it is certainly justified by the packaging, including the nice circuit board and protection (diode/resistor) components.
