All brass backshop (open? Or not)

I have a brass steamer that I would love to send in to all brass backshop for an upgrade, but there has been no response at all (I tried email and Facebook messenger).

Has anyone on here ever gotten one of their locomotives (particularly brass) worked on by them?

By the way the locomotive in question is a 2-6-6-6 that I posted about earlier

No, but I have a Sunset Models A5s that could use a paint job and a decoder. I'll be following this topic.

Checked the Site activity link and it shows updates back in April so, it's been active in the last few months.
