Not aware of a 3D one, but I believe that Athabasca Shops made an etched brass fold-up one, similar to their CN PSC caboose.

Athabasca made the one that Tim mentioned, and Sylvan Scale Models did a resin model that’s quite nice. The kit was discontinued for a while but recently a fellow on a FB group commissioned a special run and a bunch of us got them. You might try contacting Sylvan to see if he made a few extras.
