Digitrax PR4 Settings

My Digitrax PR4 has stopped reading and writing to decoders. I've been using this setup now for over a year without issue. As far as I can tell everything seems to be OK except maybe the Port Settings. Things I've tried already are:
Reinstalling JMRI version 4.16
Reinstalling Digitrax PR4 drivers.
I've also tried a different PS14 power supply.

I'm now wondering if something in my port settings has gone awry and hoping some can confirm my port settings on Windows 7 are correct.

Bits per second = 19200
Data bits = 8
Parity = None
Stop bits = 1
Flow Control = Hardware

And in the advanced settings:

Use FIFO buffers check box is checked
Both sliders are set to high
COM Port Number = COM 3.

Thank you in advance for any and all help with this issue.

I received a reply from a member of the JMRI users group letting me know some of my settings were incorrect. After correcting these settings, I'm now back up and running and all is right with the world   :D

Glad they were able to help you, and that it wasn't an expensive replacement situation.
Many members of this list file all the fixes that are reported, so they can be prepared to fix similar situations when they arrive.  Is there any chance you can post the correct settings?
I dont have a PR4, but many do and they'd appreciate the info.

In Device Manager:
Bits per second = 9600
Data bits = 8
Parity = None
Stop bits = 1
Flow Control = None
FIFO buffers both set to high

Another quirky situation I've run into, JMRI cannot find my locomotives on my test track after I've used Firefox Quantum Version 68.0.2.  I'm not sure why, but rebooting my computer after using Firefox and all is well.

The Firefox thing is beyond my experience to say definitely.  However, my first guess would be that it is preempting some port that JMRI uses, and not releasing it.  Rebooting the computer would result in the port being free until the next time you use that installation of Firefox.  What I don't know is if the ports it uses are something you can set to relieve the conflict.
Maybe someone else can solve that issue, or come up with a better "surmise" than mine.  Good luck.
