President Bush Special - What KATO cars would it take?

My earlier post is not exactly correct.  The funeral train was made up of 11 cars.  The mourners train that preceded it was 9 cars.  Finally, the train that brought UP4141 to Nebraska was 21 cars. 

So an 11 car set is well within range.  However I maintain, by the time a set would come to market, I think a large majority of the interest in this set would unfortunately have faded. 
So no, I don't think its a PR decision, it's purely business.

My suggestion to Kato was an add on set for the business car set...   Additional coach, dome, business car  + tool the 2066/deathstar power car....
