Converting Atlas S2 to DCC

I have just completed converting 12 Locos to DCC however I have run into trouble with Atlas S2 (NScale) I am unable to disconnect the shell from the frame and  I have no instructions to install ESU decoder No 53665 I would be grateful if some one could give me some advice to complete the project. There are two frame screws under the front truck labeled 808-P04 that you will need to to remove the shell.  Good luck with your conversion

When I took mine apart to repaint I took the cab off first and then took the screws off to take the hood off. All of this was after taking off the hand rails.
