Nn3 TRK 0-4-0 Porter

I'm looking for advice, suggestions, experience that anyone could share about assembling the porter kit from Thomas Knapp/RLW.
Specifically interested in the assembly and installation of the side rods utilizing the quartering jig as well as the crank pins on the PowerMax chassis.
If anyone has built this kit and has any other detailed pictures or guides in addition to the instruction manual provided.
