About time! Coming in BNSF 'Swoosh' and Alaska Railroad. I'll spring for a couple of BNSFs.

Cheers,

Kev

My only beef is the BNSF swoosh is probably the least common scheme on these locos!

The updateed BN Execs with dashed frame stripes and patched Swoosh logos would have generated an order from me...

Which scheme is that?

I could spring for an Alaska one to send to my family in Wasilla...
Though I really want to see KCS 70MACs...

I can't believe the first units were delivered 25 years ago.  Where does time go?

Thats it!  Some have "BNSF" in Cooper Black font instead of the swoosh....

One of the more stylish patch jobs around, IMHO....

When I first saw your reply, I thought you meant the first release of the models and thought no way. Then I looked it up and the first release was a full 15 years ago! Yikes! :o

Kato likes to keep their powder dry.  They produced exactly one release of the flat radiator 70M - in 2006.  I'd love to see them release one in vanilla UP.    The list of popular models they could have easily produced is indeed long...   FWIW, I routinely suggest a model to them.  It can't hurt.

Same here - also on their FB page, which might be more effective....

Need to employ a social media bot army here...   :)
