Cannot edit one old post (but edited others)

I know that for a while, things were set so you couldn't go back and edit old posts after a while (like a day or something?)
That restriction seems to be gone, thankfully, because I have been able to do some search/cut/paste to fix up a bunch of my threads with new links in the wake of the Photobucket debacle.

But there is one particular thread where no "Modify" button appears:

Can one of the admins fix this?
