Question about TCS FL-2

OK, I've searched about this - and, couldn't find an answer. On the FL-2 there is a "decoder ground wire" black with gray stripes. What in the world is it for - and, is it needed - ? If so, where would you terminate it - ?

I am using one in my Kato GS-4 - I am using a DZ126 for motor control and adding a rear light.

Thanks,
Wolf

Sounds like that would be used to hook up a keep-alive module to that decoder. That usually hooks up to the blue wire for positive connection and then it needs a ground for the negative connection.  Just leave that lead unattached (make sure to insulate the end so it doesn't contact anything.

One of the TCS manuals should have mention of it.
