Question About Micro Engineering Engine House Kit

I'm looking at getting an ME engine house, but since I'm using Kato Unitrack, I was wondering if the "elevated" (roadbed & track) Kato track going into the engine house would raise the engines too much to clear the top of the doors. See:

Thanks for any help.

Hmm... you could always
hack the doors higher...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Possibly... but to compensate you could raise the enginehouse by placing it on a cork or styrene foundation.

No worries... and to ad to it since areas around engine houses are often dirt and cinders level with the ties (or even burring the rails)
you can fill all the gaps and changes in elevation with your scenic material of choice (this is where Ed will say sanded grout  :D)
Or even have the rails in a concrete pad.

Foamcore is just about the perfect thickness to use with Kato Unitrack .  I've used it in a couple places .

Thanks! I'm going down to New Orleans tomorrow, and I have to stop in at my former local hobby shop to pick up some special orders. I'll get a sheet or two while I'm there.

Hmm... but does Kiz ever
go shopping for termites
for me... NOOOOOO...

Great, thanks!

Hmm... I hope Kiz doesn't
install the engine house
backwards...
