How about MRL blue with an MILW orange stripe? That might look sharp.

What, like the Maryland Midland?

Less navy, brighter blue. No pinstripes along the orange. Orange could be more autumn and subdued
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Something like this?  http://image.cdnllnwnl.xosnetwork.com/pics28/640/PH/PHACUHZGPLEPVJI.20080919221829.jpg   ;)

Actually, I would like to get an N scale version of it.

In that scheme you loose the "I" in the surrounding color.
