Anyone here have a ORER from the '60s? my earliest one is 1975 and I need some dimensions from some older cars no longer in revenue service in my 1985 time frame, but converted to work service.

Could I trouble you for full listed dimensions for the following Algoma Central gondola series?

AC 4601-4803 (may or may not be broken into sub series, but should be identical)
AC 4804-4850
AC 5601-5640

Thanks in advance.

Okay, here is what I found (ORER April, 1969).

AC 4626 to 4790  -  interior length 39' 5"  -  width 8' 11"  -  height 4' 0"  ///   outside length 40' 0"  -  extreme width 9' 9"

AC 4804 to 4849  -  interior length 40' 10"  -  width 9' 0"  -  height 4' 0"  ///  outside length 41' 8"  -  extreme width 9' 10"

AC 5601 to 5634  -  interior length 42' 8"  - width 9' 4"  -  height 4' 1"   ///   outside length 44' 4"  -  extreme width 10' 2"

It should be noted that only AC 5601 to 5634 has an extra measurement of outside width (at top of sides) of 9' 4", which doesn't make sense to me because that's the same as the interior width.

Hmm... I never knew
Kiz had an ORER...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.
"It works! It works!"
