With Helpl from @Bobster and @jmlaboda , I have finished modeling the vent and fan kit below.  The kit features 16 vents, 4 covered fans (post air-conditioning) and 4 open blade fans (pre-air conditioning).

Looks great.  The parts are tiny like I expected but the detail in your pictures are what I was hoping for.  I hope to get to cleaning mine later today.  I filled in the clerestory windows like the Wabash did so I will be gluing to strip plastic instead of Lima's hard roof plastic.  By the way what glue works best on FXD?
