I actually ordered one of these! It will be a lease unit on my Oregon short line.   :)

Of course!  There are plenty of rabid N Scale Collectors Enthusiasts ready to buy unusual (fantasy or real) paint schemes.  Being that this is a real (and real odd) scheme only helps the sales. I'm thinking of getting one myself.

Cute... but... POTB is an isolated tourist line highly unlikely - never say "never" - to be reconnected to the real world. There's about a two-year window (2005-2007) where the cow scheme and connection to the UP coexisted. But I guess you could say your line leased it just before the washout and is now stuck with it, dammitall. :D

I'm almost glad I don't have a reason to get one.  I might OTOH get an undec and paint it that way with the Chic-Fil-A logo on it

They still do tours, Did it last summer, First time since I was a kid. Also, if you end up out there, you gotta check out the air museum in the blimp hanger, at the airport. The building alone is worth the trip.

Looks like Hangar 2&3 at Moffett.  Hangar 1 is slightly larger.

Can't model worth a darn, but can research like an SOB.
