Tallest Cars

What's the current tallest car running in N scale? Is there any combination of loads, especially double stacks, that exceeds the 22' NMRA recommended rail height to overhead clearance RP? I seem to remember certain pairings of 40' containers in the DI Twin Stacks and Walthers cars creating clearance issues, but cannot remember if I am correct or imagining things.

Two hi-cube containers (e.g. Deluxe 40' hi cubes) in an unmodified Walthers well car tops out right around 22'.   I adopted the following standards on my layout (except for a 1 1/4" track spacing instead of 1 3/8") and have encountered no problems, even with the above combo.  The recommended height clearance of 44 mm scales out to 22'11".
