Tangent tank in N?

I spotted the ad in January MR for the new MR Tangent 8K acid tank and was wondering if anyone has heard if anyone's picking this car up in N.  Since so many Tangent models have been released in N by other manufacturers, I am hoping someone will do this car too.

50-60's era 8,000 tank cars are really missing in N scale.

I may have to get a kit.

"Thought they were done with N scale?"

Tangent may be, as they only announced them in HO.

I may have the name mixed up. Thinking of the place that only sells direct.

Did you mean ER?

As far as I know, Tangent never did anything in N... They just share resources with BLMA. If something is announced by Tangent in HO, expect BLMa to follow in N a few months later.

I think that tank car would do well in N, maybe BLMA will do it. Personally, I just wish Intermountain would put Elevator names on their Landmark Grain cars!

I think these were first built in 1949, I could squeeze one in if they do an early scheme.

Odd a HO resin kit just came out for these:

What differentiates these from the Intermountain 8K tank?

The IM tank is uninsulated while these are insulated?  They appear to have an outer jacket with the tie-down strap going between it and the inner shell, where IM and MT modeled tanks without the jacket, and the strap exposed all the way around.

The biggest differences would be that the Tangent cars have a welded under frame and tank and also have metal walkways with a the safety walkway at the dome.
