PRR 2-6-6-4 Articulated?

Stumbled across this in my research files. It's not an HH, nor is it a CC. It's also not a HC. Since that seems to be the only articulated classes Pennsy owned I'm wondering about this critter with the huge air pumps (C&O style) and the belpaire firebox The photo appears to show a 2-6-6-4...I'm thinking it's out of the great northwest but can't find a GN or NP 2-6-6-4 listing...

Judging by the cab and that non-Pennsy locomotive in the background this isn't a PRR engine. Any thoughts.

Pennsy Power recalls that Great Northern had a few engines with Belpaire fireboxes/boilers.
The photo is probably a Great Northern engine.

The GN had a LOT of locos with the Belpaire fireboxes.  Most of the GN classes built after 1890 had them.

The GN and PRR were the only major roads to use it widely.  Interestingly, in spite of having no known corporate connections, the two roads also shared electrical standards for their electrifications, and motors from each were run at various times on the other.  Do to differing traffic patterns and track profiles, none of the exchanges were particularly successful.

Maybe they had a similar steam exchange program?

Thank you!  It didn't look like any of the GN locos I could find, and as far as I know, the GN never had a 4-wheel trailing truck on an articulated.
