If you go to your local Wal-Mart or Big Lots, you can get a lifetime supply of white, red, yellow, green LEDs for as much as 60-70% off .. these are great for turnout indicator lights on the fascia, buidling interior lights, and many other uses ..

I just picked up a string of 35 cool whites for $2.63

Thanks for reminding me.  Canadian Tire had 15' lengths of warm white I was eyeing!

FYI, I picked up two Noma 18'/330 warm white LED ropes that are indoor/outdoor rated for $18, regular $24 at Canadian Tire.  They have a rugged power supply and can be extended up to seven lengths with a single supply with end plugs, all of which are threaded and weather tight.  Very nice light rendition and the power supply and UL ratings are a bonus, as is not dealing with ebay shipping.
