Pre spaced pc board crossties

I know I have seen these somewhere but now I cannot for the life of me find them.
I just saw someone released some prespaced 4 in a row pc board copper crossties. Has anyone seen these yet and if so where?

That's close Chris but these were pre gapped and in n scale had 4 in a row. It matched the ME flex and Atlas code 55.

I've seen what your are talking about. They are for modular layout joints I think, but I have no idea who makes them.

I try to follow the rule of not posting before the first coffee or after the 5th beer, but this topic seemed safe enough 
(Right now I'm waiting for the coffee to brew, just to clear that up, and then it'll be off to the gym roar!)

Several of our Free-moN dudes have and have used the American Tie & Timber "Gapmasters".
They work very well.
Easy to Gorilla Glue at the module ends, and the casts are the same height as the plastic flext ties (as opposed to the slightly thinner PC board ties from Fast Tracks).

If I ever do another module or even another layout built in sections I'll use 'em.
The dude that makes them is very nice, too.

I know you guys usually use them as straight edges on your modules but has anyone looked at doing them on curves?  I have some curved track across a section joint in my home layout, and I'd like to gap it for DCC booster/section purposes.  Something like this would be perfect if I could get it ti work on a bend.

Can't remember who but somebody used them on a curve.
You glue the piece at the angle and so it sticks out past the end of the module / section.
When set, cut the "excess" off the end.
Do it on the other side, and things should match up.

Philip,

If possible, prebend the rail.  That should prevent a kink where you cut the rail.  This is what is recommended for handlaid curved turnouts during construction, which are cut and gapped, and, of course, have curved points.

Dave, it's prebent and caulked down, and mine's not portable in any event.  I just think the soldered ties are a good extra measure at a joint between benckwork sections.

Heck, yeah.  Even in handbuilt turnouts, there's a PC board on each side of the gap.  I was just trying to point out that the small length of rail between the soldered PC boards shouldn't kink, if prebent.

I should have known you were on top of it.  I'll go back to work now.
