Max,

Great transformation. There is another one up to-day on eBay.

I wanted to bump this back to the top, just because I enjoy looking at the results of this transformation.  Those who bemoan the loss of modeling skills between the masters of the 50's and 60's and today, clearly haven't seen your work.  Great Job!

The Masters of the 50s and 60s do not hold a candle to Max, John Lemonsteam and Stan and Mark Haas. What they can do with a bucket of Do Dos is phe, phen, phenom ----awesome.

I may have left a few other good uns out and for that I am sorry.

QFT.

Those people claiming hobby skills are dying aren't looking in the right places.

This is why I love the 'Wire, and am glad Max is here.  Max is one of my primary inspirations to kitbash steam, and I am still not in the same league.

Okay, okay, will you guys stop already!  LOL!
I truly am grateful.   It means a lot to be recognized for having done a good job.
Now... whoa, Nellie.  Head...must...fit...through...door.

Alwyn, yep, that indeedy is another one of those Black River Loco Atlantics on eBay.  I have never seen
one come up there, although I have heard that they have in the past.

Max,

Now you stay away from that S2 and play nice,

Your other one will leave here Monday. Do you need the tender. It is not the best.

Now this fine thread is back at the top again.
