Given that it's basically a fine sawdust/powder, if it were to be shipped by rail at all, it'd be in a covered hopper. It'll be pretty light, so a full-size car would be appropriate.

I often see large bags loaded in gondolas on CN freights, so it's possible they could heft the 2000lb bags into them.
