Why not contact Concor and ask them what paint was used?  Or ask one of the paint suppliers that has the green that close's to the color you need if they can get you a little of it before a gloss is added. The gloss and semi gloss is added to the flat color in the manufacturing process.  The colors they have are of original mix and/or are mixes of colors to get the desired color that are needed before any else is added. ( I use to work for Tru Color Paint)....So it is possible to get railroad colors in this manner.  ;)

You've solved the problem now, but I'd have painted the roof above the windows and not worried too much about an exact match.  The reason?  Roofs fade differently than sides, and even on new cars, collect dirt differently.  A slight variation in shade or gloss wouldn't be too unusual.
