Hi All
 Just got this one up on site hope you like it. Includes signs in four different colors for the Gazette, Billiards and a Meat Market. look for kit 3036 about 3/4 the way down the N scale structure page.

I was actually going to say something like what Bryan said (but with a bit less snark).

Rich, have you ever thought about taking on some more modern and less "cute" buildings for us (semi)modern modelers? I'd love to have a decent 50s-80s suburban house available. I'd also love a strip mall or something like that. The back side would be the most important to me (most malls face away from the tracks...).
