Just wanted to jump in and wish everyone here at Railwire a happy holiday of their choosing  :D.   I have a lot to be grateful for this year, all my kids, except my son Koady who is doing his 4th tour in Afghanistan, are here for the holidays.   I've enjoyed the back and forth...no really...and all the great friends I've made.

Joe,

Best wishes for a speedy and safe return for your son.  You are among the few Americans who are making a very real sacrifice for the defense of freedom.  So many parents would be happy to let other people's children bear the burden.  You are a true patriot, sir, as is your son.

My oldest Grandson is in Afghanistan..

I guess he didn't listen to me enough about war and had to go see for his self. :facepalm:

Merry Christmas!  The Spirit of Christmas in NOT under the tree.  The Spirit of Christmas is in the Heart.
Spent the holidays away from home from 1964 through 1967, so I certainly appreciate the joy of having ones family at Home.
