Hi, all,

As a model RR public service to all:

Any of you who are in the San Francisco Bay Area, next
weekend you are invited to come as a guest to the Coast Division Meet on
Sunday, December 4, 2011 at the Boy Scouts of America HQ building
at 1001 Davis Street in San Leandro, CA.

Guests are always welcome at the NMRA Coast Division meets, there's no
charge (what a deal!)  We have Show and Tell, Photo and Model Contest, Clinics,
all free of charge, provided by the Coast Division.

You may especially like these two clinics (see below), and you get to find out
what's going on in model railroading in the San Francisco Bay area NMRA
Coast Division at the same time as well.

You can see full pictures, details about all the happens in our quarterly meet
reports web pages (going back to Dec 2005), at:

For those of you not able to attend, here's three photos of general interest, enjoy!

---------------

For us N scalers:

1)  The future of our hobby is well assured.  Dominic DiMaio, age 12, displayed this
superbly weathered N scale SP SD50:

2)  NMRA 2011 National Convention Model Contest 1st Place Diesel, GM&O Ingalls Diesel in HO,
by Tom Vanden Bosch

3)  Edwin Ness just knocked our socks off with his O scale model of his house under
construction.  Used scale-sized model lumber and is built and framed with the exactly
correct construction techniques, spacing, and dimensions.   Impressive!!!
